David Hagan began his apprenticeship in a cabinet shop at the age of 13.  After many years owning and operating numerous cabinet and millwork shops in the Pacific Northwest, David founded Proven Machinery to provide quality machinery and solutions to woodworkers.

Jarrod Staffen has been in the millwork industry since 2009. Prior to that he worked for Microsoft, where his area of expertise was speech recognition and programming. Today he leverages his technical knowledge to provide solutions to the woodworking industry.
